These Delivery and Return Terms are made between 'laSolist Software Education Information Inc.' and the customer.
The subject of this contract is to regulate the delivery and return conditions of digital educational content sold through the www.lasolist.com platform operated by the Company.
After the user purchases the selected education package, the Company will provide the content to the user in a digitally accessible way. Educational content will be accessible for the period determined according to the subscription package chosen by the user.
Users agree to pay the fee determined according to the subscription package they choose. Pricing will be collected monthly from the subscription start date. Payments will be made through secure payment systems determined by the Company.
When users want to cancel the subscription package they purchased, they are obliged to notify the Company of their cancellation request in advance for a certain period (for example, one month in advance). After the cancellation request is received, the user's subscription ends and access to content is stopped.
No refund is made for cancelled subscriptions. However, in cases where the user cannot fully benefit from the service (for example, disruptions in the process of accessing content due to technical problems), the Company may offer alternative solutions to the user or make a partial refund.
The Company undertakes to keep users' personal information confidential and ensure its security. Users' personal information is processed and stored within the framework of the Company's privacy policy.
The Company reserves the right to make changes to this contract. Changes come into effect by notifying users.
This Delivery and Return Agreement is binding between the parties.
