Terms and conditions for distance sales agreement regarding subscription to our digital education platform.
This agreement has been concluded between the parties specified below under the following terms:
The natural or legal person who registers on the platform and purchases a subscription (Hereinafter referred to as 'Buyer')
The Seller will provide the Buyer with the following digital education services:
laSolist Digital Music Education Subscription
Determined according to selected package type
VAT included, according to selected package duration
Digital access - Instant
The Buyer places an order by selecting one of the subscription packages offered by the Seller through the platform. After the payment process is completed, access is immediately provided to the Buyer's account. Since these are digital services, physical delivery is not applicable.
Subscription fees are determined according to the selected package type. Payments are made through secure payment systems (Credit card, debit card, digital wallets). The subscription fee is collected in a single payment according to the selected package duration.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Buyer can cancel the contract before the delivery of digital content begins.
The Seller guarantees the quality of the digital education services provided. Continuous accessibility of content, compatible operation on mobile and web platforms, educational materials being current and accurate, and provision of customer support services are guaranteed.
This agreement comes into effect electronically when the Buyer gives approval on the platform and completes the payment process. The agreement is valid throughout the subscription period.
Turkish Law applies to the resolution of disputes related to this agreement. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices are authorized. The Seller reserves the right to change the provisions of this agreement.
